The doctors and staff at Canyon Pet Hospital are dedicated to providing the best of care for your best friend. With over 25 years of experience and a modern new facility, we offer compassionate, expert treatment for both preventive care and emergencies.

Providing comprehensive care for dogs and cats, our facility is equipped to handle on-site radiology, ultrasound, laboratory work, and also includes surgical and dental surgery facilities. We specialize in preventive and geriatric medicine for your companions.

  • Joined Canyon Pet Hospital as a partner in 1974 at original location on Canyon road and then moved the practice to the Beaverton Mall location in 1976. Moved to our current location in 1998.
  • Past president of the Portland and Washington County Veterinary Medical Association
  • Active full time practice for over 30 years
  • Member of Portland Veterinary Medical Association
  • Member of Oregon Veterinary Medical Association
  • Member of American Veterinary Medical Association

Personal Statement
Very interested in promoting the human-animal bond.
Special interest in behavior with emphasis on preventive behavior modification.
She is involved in dog sports with a "handful" of a dachshund.

Personal Statement

I started my veterinary career as a "kennel boy" in the late 1960's at Canyon Pet Hospital when it was located at Canyon Road. I've known Drs. Hay and Hughes for 35 years. I treat all my patients as if they were my own pets.

Personal Statement

I enjoy providing service for a small animal general practice. I am looking forward to providing that service to the second and third generation of friends and family here in Beaverton.
